Acceptance

By creating an account or using Stacy OS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

Stacy OS is a personal planning and decision-support tool for schedules, coursework, work shifts, childcare coverage, and sleep. It is not a medical device, electronic health record, clinical decision system, or source of medical, legal, academic, or employment advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not enter protected health information, patient identifiers, chart data, clinical notes, or screenshots from a medical record.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to access other households’ data, probe or bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can work for you. You can export your data or request deletion at any time.

Calendar connections

Connected calendars are read-only by default and used solely to show your schedule and detect conflicts. We will not modify your calendars without a separate, explicit action by you. You may disconnect at any time.

AI features

AI features explain, summarize, parse material you provide, and recommend options. They never change your schedule, assign caregivers, send messages, or accept or decline shifts on their own. Output may be inaccurate; review it before acting.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of material changes, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed classes, shifts, deadlines, or childcare arrangements.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
